This fresh and zesty coleslaw is the perfect side dish with grilled meat or fish. Perfect for a family BBQ on a warm day. Best made fresh on the day but will keep in an air-tight container for 2 days.
- 1/2 a white cabbage
- 1/2 a red (purple) cabbage
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
- Zest of one lemon
- Finely slice the cabbage, removing any large chunks
- Mix all the ingredients together to combine
- Add more mayonnaise and mustard if you desire a thicker coating
